Just a short 5-minute bike ride or in 20 minutes of walking, you’ll be in the heart of the sleepy fishing village of Puerto Morelos, where you can pick up some cool souvenirs and have a bite to eat from a local restaurant. Puerto Morelos lies along the world’s second-largest Great Barrier Reef of Mesoamerica, housing a wide diversity of aquatic flora and fauna. It is a paradise for snorkeling and deep diving.

Casa Katalina is an adult-only property. The minimum age to make a reservation is 30, and the minimum age to stay at the property is 21 years old.

Guests will need to climb stairs.

Please note, while the massage jets in the spa tub work perfectly, it's not heated.

We do supply some bath essentials to get you started, like some toilet paper, shampoo, and soap. Just note these items are not replenished.

Mid-stay cleaning can be requested and provided for a fee.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 30 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind inside the property (tobacco, cannabis, etc) or the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.

The host will meet you up on your arrival to check you in. Please advise us of the approximate arrival time.
