"Property and staff were great. You will need a car if you want to go anywhere on the island as the location is 40 mins north of Kona. There is a shuttle that will take you to some nearby shops and another hotel in the same area which was nice. Gold level is well worth it and the staff really took care of us the entire stay. Would definitely stay here again!!!!"

Owner provides a detailed informational document with everything you need. Access to the Owner’s Beach and Napua is a top shelf perk. Location and access was easy and perfect.Parking was close and not a competitive event. We will happily return!!!"

"This home is beautiful inside and out. The kitchen has everything you need, plus a BBQ outside with a beautiful lanai overlooking the pool and golf course. The house was clean and comfortable. The entrance pass to the beach club was a bonus as was the use of the golf cart to get back and forth to the beach and the nearby grocery store. Highly recommend this home!"

"Great home. Exactly as advertised. There was plenty of space for our group of 11. We didn’t feel crowded at all. The bedrooms were all very large, and the bathrooms were spacious and very clean. The kitchen was well appointed, and there was plenty of space for multiple people to make dinner each night. We made good use of the beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, and beach umbrellas in the garage. We would stay here again for future visits to the Big Island. "
