「This is a great place to stay in Newport. The house is amazing and the staff is very friendly. A breakfast bar is included and the room had a small kitchenette. We will definitely stay here again if we're in the area.」

「Very clean and lovely room! Host is very thoughtful (cookies and fresh fruit on arrival). Beautiful view and chairs on deck to appreciate the views. Room had everything and was well equipped/stocked. Was glad to find this gem for a graduation weekend that was centrally located for our various activities. 」

「Smack dab centered in the city. Almost 1,900 ft² of accommodation on two floors. Very clean and well kept. Object slightly to the fact that the house rules have added house keeping duties that must occur before checkout. Making customers responsible for making beds, left a question in my mind that for our stay, it was done in a sanitary manner.」

「Cute place near the southern part of the Cliff Walk. It is a mile or so from the wharf and restaurants & we did lots of walking, but if you aren't up for lots of walking, then you need a car, or can do lyft. The kitchen has everything you need for coffee, or to cook/reheat food. The bedroom and bath are up stairs, which was fine with us. Everything was clean and comfortable with everything wet needed for a few days. The host Lou was good at communicating, and checking in. We enjoyed our stay...

「My time at this location was good, clean and close to 95. The only thing I would change who be a stinger Wi-Fi signal. I would come here again.」

「This place is right in the middle of it all and even has its own parking (big bonus). Common areas are spacious and had all the things you need to feel at home. Listing was exactly as described and the owner was very responsive to all the questions I had leading up to the visit. Use the messaging feature if you have questions. It is right on the street, so if you are staying in the front bedroom, expect a lot of noise. The bar across the street has karaoke on Sunday nights and it’s very loud...

「The apartment is relatively fresh and clean, but old. The street is sketchy with lots of potholes leading to it. The parking was not ideal - part of the road was flooded so it was impossible to park without blocking someone else’s car. There is no decent view from the apartment. Would not be eager to come back.」
