The living area features a Smart TV with Roku and an easy, open layout, while the fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a spacious island is perfect for slow mornings or casual evenings. The bedroom offers a queen-size bed with hotel-quality linens, and a dedicated workspace makes remote work easy. The building includes four separate units, which means there may also be light noise from neighboring guests. This is a historic property, and some of the stairways are naturally narrow and steep. Please use caution when navigating them. Due to the age and character of the home, the doors may stick slightly during warmer months.

• Parking instructions provided prior to arrival
• Guests may not park in the driveway
• Failure to follow parking rules may result in an additional fee
Guest Verification
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, the primary guest must complete a brief screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Reservations are not considered fully confirmed until this process is complete.
Prior to check-in, verified guests will be asked to:
• Sign a rental agreement agreeing to all terms and conditions
• Provide a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card
• Pay a non-refundable $60 damage waiver
The damage waiver covers accidental damage reported during your stay. Normal wear and tear is expected. Please report any damage while you are still at the property to ensure coverage.
