「Helpful staff, clean room, good breakfast.」

「The front desk staffs were awesome.」

Although they said they provide coffee and tea for 24 hours but there's always no coffee and even after we requested for coffee at the front desk, they never went to make more. During 4 days stay, I couldn't even have a cup of coffee once. Plus, although our booking was pre-paid with the confirmation...

「I had an amazing stay and will be booking next month again for another stay!」

「Rooms were clean and comfortable; the bathroom was HUGE, so our family of 4 really appreciated it. The kids enjoyed the pool, and the breakfast was actually really good! Would definitely recommend! The only downside is that our room was on the side of the train track and could be heard all thru the night. Otherwise, it was a good stay.」

「Great hotel! Elena was at the reception and she was very welcoming and very helpful!」

「Room was newly remodeled and very clean. Staff were very nice in accommodating. Breakfast bar was great would stay again if in Arlington.」

「Beautiful property and space! Breakfast is 10/10!」

「The front staff when we checked in were so sweet and welcoming! Room was what i expected! and breakfast was lovely! thank you for having us!」

「good, but it will be better if there are more options for breakfast.」

「we travel to this hotel once a month when we visit Dad. We understand that the hotel is dated but it is always clean. This time the room they gave us, the toilet handle broke and the bathroom light went off. We had to pull the lever in the toilet tank for the toilet to flush. The light didn't work off and on. I was not happy with my stay this time. I talked the general manager in the morning. He said they would fixed it. I didn't get any compensation for my stay.」
