There was no staff to help. There were no ice machines and entire hotel. They had permanent residence that had pets that stunk the whole hotel smelled like smoke

The room was ok. Television didn’t work. Spent the night calling front desk. No one answered until 10 the next morning. Good thing I didn’t have a flight in early morning, There were people building things in lobby. Room door wasn’t secure. The stairs were blocked. No emergency exit. Extremely disappointed

Horrible! It seems clean upon arrival, but after taking showers and letting the room warm up the bed bugs came out. We exited and told the front desk that we were leaving because of bed bugs (with pictures) and they still charged us full price for the room.

The room looked like it had never been cleaned - there were dried smears on the bathroom wall, the floor was sticky and had crumbs and a whole sunflower seed, there were carpet beetles on the walls. The check-in clerk charged my card for the wrong amount, so the next front desk tried to kick me out a night early even though I reserved for two nights, and was not at all helpful or kind over the phone. The hallways consistently smelled like smoke and the key did not work at first.

Waited 20 minutes for the desk attendant to show up to get checked in went to our room. It was not ready yet. Approximately 3:30 in the afternoon found the maid. She finished our room TV did not work. Went back to the desk looked for the attendant for over an hour. The maid called his cell phone no response. There was only two of them in this whole hotel the attendant and one made our TV never did get fixed. We went there to relax so we had no TV all night.

Unfortunately the room was obviously not cleaned as my spouse and I did not feel comfortable enough to stay the night. There was hair in the bath tub, black marks all over the shower curtain, hand prints on the walls, a dark substance on the bathroom wall, mold in the bathroom, chewed gum on the ironing board, hair on the walls, broken door frame near the lock, the light switch was covered in grime and unfortunately we didn't get a picture but there was dried crusty substance on the black throw pillow.

Very clean. Staff seemed very polite and professional. No breakfast was available like stated and no hot water in bathroom sink. Staff did not seem to interested in providing breakfast and no real opoligies or solutions

If I could give a 0 star i would. The sheets in my room were dirty! They had not been changed. The floors felt sticky. Overall it was just not clean. My moms room her toilet was leaking.

The room wasn’t clean, the floor was dirty. The smell of lingering dog urine in the room was not ideal as well as the smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom. There was no guest laundry facilities like advertised, no complementary breakfast either. The staff never engaged with you at the front desk, unless you asked for something.

We booked this room as our previous stays at the Red Lion chain had been amazing. Not this one. We arrive later in the evening and was given a room. When I opened the door and walked in there was people's clothing on the bed and the mother and daughter staying in that room walked in behind us. The other occupants and I went back down to the desk and told the clerk what happened. She asked if she could move myself, my husband and my 2 teenagers to a room with one king bed only. When I said no, she eventually found another room. But yet again, swiped the card and walked in to a room with 2 people sitting in their room. Now I third time I go back down. I ask if the 2 queen bed rooms are full if we can have 2 room with a king bed. I got told they are overbooked. I asked for a refund which she told me I had to go through Expedia. I called Expedia from the parking lot and explained that I was booking a different hotel. They tried calling and email the hotel and the clerk did not once pick up the phone. Expedia tried for 3 weeks to connect with the hotel before finally just issuing me a receipt. I would highly recommend never staying at this hotel especially if you are checking in later in the day. Worst experience in a North American hotel to date.

So when we were first checking in there was 2 cop cars outaide and as we were checking in the cops had someone in handcuffs we got our room keys and get to the room the door wouldn't lock so i called front dresk and he came to check and told me the bolt lock was veiken but that they ahve cameras and the door locks when it closes. Then we look at the room and it still had crumbs on the floor from the last people and there was no remote for the tv the shower had hair from the last people then in the morning they said they had breakfast but when we went there was nothing in the breakfast place first and last time ever staying here DONT RECOMMENDED AT ALL
