「Thé view in the backside of the hotel was spectacular however the overall management of the property was poor. While it’s clear construction is going on throughout the area, there were several broken pool chairs, the boards around the pool were loose or coming up, there was trash that was never picked up, rooms poorly cleaned and attention to details was lacking.」

「Our stay at Dukley Hotel & Resort was disappointing and did not meet our expectations for an expensive five-star resort. 「I was lucky to chose this apartment hotel because it was clean and beautiful, the staffs are really kind, meals in restaurants are tasty and the price is reasonable. It's a little bit far from the old city but a taxi company with good price is associated with this hotel so it was convenient to go out there.」
