「１月初旬のため、夜冷えてきたので、毛布をクローゼットの上の棚からだしました。するとその毛布の下から、履き古した靴下がでてきました。気持ち悪いのでそのまま毛布ごとしまい、寒いのを着るものでカバーしました。 ベッドメーキングには毎日来てシーツとタオルを取り替えますが、バスタブの掃除をしないので、バスタブには垢がつきます。３泊したので、毎日、増えていくので自分でふきました。 よく考えたら、上記はフロントへクレームするべきでした。 （日本語をできるスタッフはいないので、英語に自信がないと何も伝わりません） また、ホテルでタクシーサービスをしてくれますが、事前に金額を聞かないと、タクシーの２割り増し程度の金額を請求されるので注意が必要です。 空港からは、６５ドルだそうです。 ただ、フロントデスクの対応は親切で、道を訊いたところ、詳細まで詳しく教えてくれました。」

「The Star Motel was a perfect choice for our trip to San Francisco. It was clean, cute, conveniently located for public transportation and for walking to big name locations. Having a free parking spot with our stay was also a life saver! 「The hotel room was fantastic. Easy to use AC and spacious room. Little noisy first night from the neighbors bumping around but with the AC running and my own fan, didn't hear anything. Loved the cafe near the lobby. The fireplace was awesome, especially early mornings waiting for the uber driver.」
