"We had a great stay at the AC Hotel. The location right next to the French Quarter allowed us to walk almost everywhere we wanted to be and the trolley was also very close and available for farther distances. The staff was very helpful to all of our needs and went out of their way to get answers to questions for us, and to help us out as we planned our visit to New Orleans. "

"Room was nice but I expected it to be a little bigger and I don't not think it was a queen size bed maybe a double size but comfortable and clean. Only complaint is the room above me the guests were a little heavy footed especially at early in the morning you can hear them walk away especially with heels.Didn't like being woken up earlier in the morning especially before 5 am. Since I was there for a little vacation 😏"

"The Westin NOLA is a beautiful hotel. Conveniently located near French Quarter and walking distance to major sightseeing points. The hotel is clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The view from the 11th floor lobby is spectacular. Our river view room was huge and felt new. "

"The property description is extremely misleading. There is no lobby to wait in or anywhere to sit. The room is cute and the bed was comfortable. However, the bathroom is like a Motel 6. This is quite a disgrace for a hotel with an 8.8 rating. The other hotels in the area that were similar price and ratings are much better quality. I’m not sure how they pulled this off. The hotel is very rustic and old and outdated. It’s in a great location in my opinion far enough away from the chaos but close enough to walk. It would not take a lot to upgrade this bathroom or at the very least the shower head, why is it so old? From the pictures there seemed to be a nice outside seating area, a nice restaurant and a lobby to sit I arrived at 11 AM and was told that check-in wouldn’t be until 4 PM. However they did manage to get me in by 1pm. Thank goodness. But I was incomplete shock to have nowhere to even sit. This was very overwhelming and disturbing to say the least. Everything is pretty clean for how old it is, but it is very thick carpet and thick curtains so who knows.. I just think the hotel should have better more accurate pictures, so that the stay is not such a shock. Staff were all very nice! "

"This is a top notch hotel in the heart of NOLA. Staff was excellent and attentive. The updated room was outstanding with great views down to the French Quarter and beyond. Very Very happy with our stay at New Orleans Marriott. Breakfast buffet and MClub were very well done. Thank you for a great weekend."

"Everything was amazing! From front staff to bellmen to housekeeping. Great location, very clean property and AMAZING location for the French Quarter Festival. Highly recommend and will be staying here again next year for the Fest! "
