"Property was well located. Rooms and property are dated with older cabinetry, etc. Parking can be challenging. Didn't like the marketing pitch for a timeshare seminar -- compensation offered was different for each participant depending on how much you paid for your room. Early check out at 10am was a little rushed. If we would have participated in the 9am sales pitch, we would have had to check out by 8:45am which did not work for us. No later checkout for attending sales pitch. The sale solicitation really dragged out the check-in process."

"Wonderful experience at Sky Ranch. Our son got married there while we were there. The views and vista were incredible. Rooms were very nice, roomy, clean, and updated. Staff all around were terrific. Nice, unique amenity -- have a complementary shuttle to get guests within short distances of Sky Ranch. Very nice! We had a dinner off property before the wedding and several of us utilized the shuttle (actually a 7 passenger van) and shed us from driving and allowed us to better enjoy our evening because of it. Cost to stay at the venue was higher than many of us can usually afford, so we only stayed there 2 nights, versus probably 4-5 nights if it were a little more affordable. Great place. Felt very safe and taken care of during our stay."

"You have to pay an extra $28 a night to use the pool and the tiny gym. I told them I was gonna be in a yoga retreat all week and would not be using the pool nor the gym. As I would be at the yoga retreat from 5:30 AM to 6 PM every day. so they charged me $198 to use the pool and gym which I never used for the week that I was there."

"This property was very dated for the cost, it was very disappointing for a Courtyard property. The bathrooms didn’t feel clean, the carpets are old and worn out. I was looking forward to leaving the property as quickly as possible, due to the outdated rooms. The location isn’t ideal as well, it’s right at the start of town, a little far from everything."

"We had to have the direct TV box replaced because it kept losing signal. The ironing board supplied by the hotel was bent and unusable. When the maids cleaned the room they forgot to replace the coffee pouches. It's a clean facility but it has ageing interior items."
