"My wife and I had a wonderful experience at the rainhill hall hotel. All the staff were lovely and willing to help and happy to serve our needs during our stay. I'm hoping to come back in the near future. Edmund Portsmouth."

"Clean Bedroom good staff and great pool area sauna steam room large pool and hot tub."

"Plenty of parking and easy to validate. Staff were friendly and easy check in and out although staff appearance was somewhat dishevelled. Shower would not regulate it's temperature and was either freezing cold or boiling hot. It was clean although not immaculate with bathroom fixtures wearing and loose bedroom socket. Comfortable bed and plenty of space. "

"Awful rooms which were not clean, breakfast not great. Staff were lovely though. Had 4 nights booked. Checked out after 1 night & got alternative accommodation. "

"Room didn’t have bedside lighting which meant having find main switch at night. A bit inconvenient. Also no hairdryer on room."

"Our room was , fresh and very clean. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of fluffy towels a large flat screen t.v. iron, ironing board etc.tea and coffee and bottled water.Also considering that there is a very busy pub right next door to the building were our room was, it was very quiet and we had a peaceful, comfortable nights sleep. If there was a downside I would say, the internet was not the best speed and maybe some snack packs of biscuits could have been provided for the room price charged, but overall, we were pleased and will stay their again for sure."
