「Good service. Good breakfast, although I had to pay separately for it. The room was at the end of the corridor, and it was nice and quiet, as I loved it and needed good night's rest after a long flight. Just the TV in the room didn't work, but I'm not really a TV person, so I didn't even claim. Wi-fi worked well in the lounge area, which was good enough for me. I have long hair and needed a hair dryer, so I asked for it and the reception lady was kind to hand me one to take it to my room.

Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation.

「Staff are very friendly including the restaurant staff. This hotel represents good value for money and is comfortable. You can hear the trains in certain parts of the hotel which is mentioned in the hotel description, we stay at the weekend so it wasn’t really an issue but during the week I would opt for a room at the other side of the hotel which is clear when booking a room. If in the area would stay again.」
