「Amazing Property! The house was impeccably clean, with spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. Our gracious host Nicola spoiled us with his generosity. He went beyond our expectations to ensure that our stay was perfect. He and his wife welcomed us with a delicious homemade apple cake. He drove us to the nearby town of Montespertoli to pick-up groceries and provisions. He recommended a local chef to cook for us at the villa. The meal was amazing and memorable. We will be back!」

「My group of 12 friends/6 couples just completed an incredible week at Cate’s family’s Villa. Everything about our stay was wonderful! The views are amazing and the photos don’t do the Villa and the grounds justice. We appreciated having ensuite bathrooms and the rooms were spacious. The common space was lovely whether indoors or outdoors. There was plenty of space for us to spread out as a group or if we wanted some quiet time. The Villa was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed....

「We arrived after dark, tired from long overnight flight. We had no water pressure upstairs and no hot water anywhere. This was corrected the next day. One on-suite toilette would not flush properly and leaked at the grinder motor. A "tech" was called in. He informed us that he could not fix it, they would need to call someone else. When we continued to report the issue to the host, she informed us that the "tech" said it was working OK. The "tech" informed us that it was not but he could not fix...

「We had great expectations for our stay in Florence, and the communication with Stefania was great, the property has a lot of potential to be a great location, but is currently not as nice as explained. While the rooms are large and spacious, upon entering the space smelled like urine, we aired it out and sprayed multiple scents to assist, but it was tough. By opening the windows, it got better by the end of day 2... however that let in bugs and we got bitten up by mulitple spiders or mosquitos...

"フロントの女性の方とバーの男性の方の対応がとても素晴らしかったです。清掃と朝食の時の対応に少し問題がありました。それでも、部屋は広い浴槽とクローゼットがあり、とても良かったです。立地も便利です。空港にも行くのも便利。また、泊まりに行きます。"

"ピサ観光の後に宿泊しました。フィレンツェ市内観光にも便利です。また鉄道駅の目の前なので朝早い移動でも問題ありませんでした。スタッフはフレンドリーでした。残念な点はエアコンが各部屋に設置されているタイプのもののため換気が十分でないのか、部屋に変な臭いがこもっていたこと、サイドテーブルに埃が多かったことが残念でした。"
