「Personale gentile, struttura ottima」

「Fantastic small hotel in a really convenient location walking distance to restaurants, amenities and all of the tourist attractions. Loved staying on that side of the Arno River just outside the main busy tourist area, but able to get there in 10-15 min. Staff were so kind and check in was easy. Very quiet for sleeping and were so lucky to be in the tower part of the hotel with an exceptional view. Would happily return.」

「Real nice and clean. Close to main attractions. We had a wonderful stay.」

「We were promised a room with valley view but got a room with town view and it couldn't be changed. Also the listing on Expedia mentions a kitchenette which is not accurate as the rooms do not have that. We were offered to free of charge be upgraded to an apartment after the first night, but we decided to just stick with the room. In the end the room was very nice, the windows soundproof so we didn't hear the church bells at all, nor the traffic. Great stay in the end!」
