「The lodge and lake are beautiful; our room was perfectly clean if just a bit barren. That may be my fault that I didn't request safety measures. Even with the holiday activity, our room didn't get much noise. This was a fun choice. I would book there again.」

「Lovely getaway. Centrally located in Brenham. Completely gated country style abode. Great for solo traveler or couple. Bed was comfy & A/C worked great. Cottage was clean with small kitchenette & basic essentials. Outside was delightful with artful displays & a beautiful greenhouse overlooking a creek. Peaceful. Would definitely stay again.」

「Wonderful place to stay away from the Dallas traffic, but close to amenities, restaurants of north Dallas area. 10 minute drive into Frisco. 「We have stayed in a lot of rentals and this was one of our favs! It is so cute and comfortable with lots of room. We loved having all the chickens, deer and the goose roaming free around us. The chicken coop is fabulous and the shower curtain in the guesthouse was so fantastic I wanted to take it home! We enjoyed swimming on a hot August day and then turned around and enjoyed the hot tub at night. Perfect amenities for a get-away weekend. 」

「The best you can hope for in a hotel is cleanliness and a mint on the pillow, but this place was far superior. Beautiful, charming, and a dozen personal touches that scream Home. We've found the place we'll stay whenever we visit the grandkids. Tons of extras, with the only suggestion I have would be a clock in the bedroom and a dim nightlight in the bathroom.」

「This rental is beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean.The neighborhood is really pretty and the yard / pool area is really well maintained. We rented a car and had no trouble getting around the Fort Worth areaI felt safe the entire trip. We even had time for a quick dip in the pool our last night!One caution - there are steps into to the unit, so if that is a concern, be aware.」

"The hotel interior is nice and swimming pool is really attractive especially for family. The staff was kind, but the cost for breakfast was a bit expensive (30 dollars / person). Also, bed sheets of our room were not replaced because we left the room around 9:30 which might be late for cleaning staff, so they only replaced bottle of water and towels. I hope they should have replaced the sheets after we left the room."
