The quiet apartment with an attractive living space of 35 m² can accommodate 4 people. The apartment is compact, with a free, wide hall, a living room with a kitchenette and a spacious bathroom. It is comfortably and functionally furnished, with places for rest, storage and a spacious dining area. It has an oversized height, which gives the impression of space. As a result, a mezzanine with additional sleeping places, especially attractive for older children, was added (the mezzanine is not secured). The facility is equipped with all good-quality appliances, ensuring a comfortable stay. Guests can take advantage of high-speed Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV.

On the one hand, it is adjacent to the green patio, and on the other, there is a direct exit to the Old Warta River Bed Park, with pedestrian and bicycle paths and a playground. From the windows of the apartment there is a view of the red roofs of the Old Town, and from the balcony you can admire the tower of the Town Hall. The Old Market Square is just a 6-minute walk away. Other important attractions of the city can also be reached quickly and easily. There are many great restaurants and cafes in the close vicinity.
