「Very nice "premium" property. Great amenities overlooking the water. Wonderful, attentive and interested staff. Breakfast was very good, but got booring after a few days. Some aspects of the room were a little tired and different (like the bathroom lighting was insufficient) but it was a very pleasant and spacious room. Bar drinks were priced more like NY than the Azores. Overall, a very pleasant stay. 」

「Jessica was very welcoming and helped with our luggage. Everyone was friendly. The parking was especially appreciated since on street parking is rare. Loved the security too. Two minute walk to the ocean made for scenic walks. Two great restaurants close by…”Ondas do Mar” and “José do Rego”」

「The location is great The staff is very accomodating to reguest and offer help in a passionate way. I was traveling alone and they helped plan my days by giving me places to visit and food options while there My luggage didn’t arrive for 3 days and they told me where to go for clothing as well as called the airlines for updates. 「Modern, newer, central hotel in a pedestrian only street. So be aware you will have to walk a short distance with your luggage. We parked in a small public lot a 5 minute walk up a hill (parking is free on weekends). Beds are comfortable. I booked a standard room which is not that big but fine for a short stay.
