"Apartment had everything needed to make the stay comfortable. Some people complain about the stairs to get to the upstairs bedroom but at 63 years of age I had no problem. I would recommend this apartment to people that are looking for a place to stay. "

Located near the center of Sao Miguel, the home was perfect for day trips exploring the entire island. Walkable to the beach and to restaurants with an ocean view. I honestly cannot think of a single negative- my whole family loved this place."

"Great stay! Spacious suite and a lovely basket of breakfast supplies was delivered in the am. Quiet, ocean views, close to town, and the pool was an added bonus for the kids. Would recommend. "

"They are very helpful in all aspects, from booking tours, booking our taxi for airport transport. They where very accommodating with early check in and late check out due to our flight times. They have an area to hold our luggage so we could explore Açores luggage free. They are also very fast with replying to messages especially while in Açores! Apartment was clean and they cleaned daily and gave us fresh towels! "

"Impeccable. I wanted a nice upscale stay and the well known hotel with the garden was not super accommodating when I called them to reschedule my trip, in fact they were rude. I decided to take a chance and find somewhere else and did I find a gem! We stayed in the Villa. It was incredible and the grounds were stunning. A short walk to the lake as well. "Great secluded hotel with wonderful walking trails next to the coast! Love the amazing views of the Atlantic and surrounding so much, I would go back just because of this. Room was dated but served the purpose. Only one in-house restaurant. Food was good but has limited options. Same menus everyday, they should change the menus from day-to-day. Overall, it’s a very good hotel with most wonderful views!! It’s very relaxing! Staff were courteous and always helpful. Highly recommended!! "

"Beautiful location away from downtown, but only 20 minutes drive to the action, shopping and cultural surroundings of ponta Delgada. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful with any questions , beautiful surroundings of the mountains from your room very relaxing views. "

"Hotel was in great location near the marina and food and shops. Staff were very pleasant and room was clean and comfortable. The only thing to be aware, if you rent a car, they don’t have parking so you need to park on the streets or underground in the marina which can be costly. "

"My son and I had a wonderful two night stay at Hotel Verde! The hotel was exceptional in every way - service, cleanliness, comfort, food, etc!! It was convenient having the beach right across the back yard area, and their indoor/outdoor pool areas were lovely (nice gym too!) I would highly recommend! It is worth noting that I saw mainly adults staying here (not that kids aren’t welcome but it had a more mature, quiet vibe). "
