The Neighborhood:

The home is located in Brighton Portsmouth, an area directly adjacent to the naval shipyard. The neighborhood is an eclectic mix of a variety of industrial, residential, and business properties. Restaurants and entertainment in the immediate area is sparse. However, the neighborhood is ten minutes from downtown Portsmouth, an artsy area with a wide variety of restaurants and entertainment. Much of the economy in the city is driven by the Portsmouth naval Hospital and the Naval shipyard, located within short travel distance to the property.

- By Car: Our property offers parking for one car on-site for your convenience with additional street parking available. Major roads and highways, including I-264, are easily accessible, making it simple to navigate to nearby attractions and neighboring cities.



- Public Transit: Portsmouth offers a variety of public transportation options. The Hampton Roads Transit (HRT) bus system serves the area, with several routes available nearby. For more extensive travel, the Portsmouth Transit Center provides connections to other parts of the region.



- Nearby Attractions: Many popular destinations are just a short drive away. Historic Olde Towne Portsmouth, the Naval Shipyard Museum, and the Portsmouth City Park are all within easy reach.

This is a upstairs unit of a duplex, the entrance is on the at the front of the building.

We do not host events and we ask that you keep noise at a reasonable volume,

We have parking for one vehicle in the rear of the unit. Your parking area is on the left.

You’re welcome to smoke outside the property in designated outdoor areas. We kindly ask that you clean up afterward and properly dispose of cigarette butts to help keep the space tidy and pleasant for everyone.
