「Unfortunately whilst the rest of the country was at the start of a heat wave this area was under cloud & rain for most of our 4 day stay!! The location is great for the Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland Railways being about 5mins away and for the centre of Porthmadoc.

「Excellent base for exploring the Llyn Peninsula and Eryri National Park, plus it’s right on the Welsh coastal park so can walk into Porthmadog. Free road parking just outside the property - loved walking our dog on the beach across the road and watching all the birds in the evening, including an osprey fishing in the estuary. 「Small double bed with very hard uncomfortable mattress. Peeling paint on bannister . Torn staircarpet. Water running all night in toilet . Broken seal on shower door . Would not recommend property for families due to staircase property just seems tired and needs attention . It did have a damp smell 」
「Poor mattresses, one single power point in twin bedroom , sleeps 4 but only 3 drinking mugs & 3 forks, no kitchen knives, no outdoor furniture even though a notice told you to store it, no where to hang wet towels etc, light switch in double bedroom behind door, loose shower bracket, difficult shower controls, advertised patio is inaccurate, it is merely the shared walkway for the estate.
The location is wonderful.
Overall not worth the price.
