"The property was spotless, location was perfect, walkable to shops, town etc. street parking we had no issues but might be issues during busy season. Took a minute but figured out the heating, clearer directions would have sorted this out. We were a family of 6 and the property was perfect for us. Kitchen very well equipped, washing machine, had fire place as well. The beds were super cozy. We stayed 3 nights was perfect location to explore the local area. "

"This property has wonderful views. Comfy beds. The floors and log burner were covered in dust. The quilt cover had no presstuds that actually stuck together so during the night the cover was nearly off the quilt which was quite stained. The glass dinning table was definitely not child friendly very easy to knock into the corners for little ones. Although mentioned in the property description the beam going across the entrance to the top bedroom is not comfortable (realise this is structural but still not ideal). Bath plug very difficult to remove when bath is full, also gruby on tiles beneath radiator in bathroom. So can't deny the views are amazing, but for the price I would definitely expect more in the overall presentation of the place. On first appearance all seems nice but the longer you're there the more faults you notice."

"Very lovely holiday cottage with beautiful sea views. The apartment was immaculate and very comfortable and provided everything that we needed for our four night stay. Parking is very close to the cottage for ease of unpacking, and Porthmadog town is only a short walk away. We went on some lovely coast walks starting from the cottage, and a visit to nearby Portmeirion Village that is only a five minute drive away. A very relaxing outlook from the lounge window directly onto the sea was the icing on the cake. We will definitely be returning!"

"Lovely place to stay. Near to the local Indian takeaway. Quiet street. Quite soundproof. Few minutes walk down the hill to the shops, harbour/port & cafes bars & pubs. Loads of cuisine to choose from. The house is lovely and warm, cosy, spacious. Modern interior. Great power shower. Large bathroom. Comfy bedroom and lovely bed linen soft & fresh. Only slight thing that didnt suit us in particular is the rear garden. This is accessible by stoney steps leading up to the garden which is on the same level as the child back bedroom. We have an elderly dog who did manage the steps a couple of times only so he got a few extra walks."

"There was no WiFi signal on the side of hotel that we were staying at and TV was going in and out of connection. "

"Small double bed with very hard uncomfortable mattress. Peeling paint on bannister . Torn staircarpet. Water running all night in toilet . Broken seal on shower door . Would not recommend property for families due to staircase property just seems tired and needs attention . It did have a damp smell "
