Very convenient for Portmerion exploring and a fraction of the price to stay. My communication rating has nothing to do with our host, but through Expedia/verbo/cottages.com? For some reason all 3 seemed to be involved in my booking which lead to lack of communication prior to arrival but once connected with our host Tina she was excellent. Would highly recommend this property. "

"Clean and tidy house in a great location near the historic steam train railway. Lovely walks in the area. Small but comfortable for 2 people. We stayed for 2 nights. Lots of local food options. Kitchen was good for making our own breakfast. lots of pillows windows that open bathroom upstairs- terrible shower with scalding or cold water."

"Unfortunately whilst the rest of the country was at the start of a heat wave this area was under cloud & rain for most of our 4 day stay!! The location is great for the Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland Railways being about 5mins away and for the centre of Porthmadoc. The layout of the property is a bit strange. The top-floor consists of two bathrooms (one of them ensuite) and the main bedroom. On the floor below is the other bedroom, plus kitchen/lounge area + a a balcony with a nice view of the harbour & Porthmadoc."
