If you're looking for a well appointed place to land look no further than the Treehouse. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, stove/oven & microwave and all the needed dinnerware and utensils. There's a washer & dryer if needed. The owners put real thought into this lovely abode and it is laid out well and is very functional and cozy. A home away from home.The owners' communication is exceptional, complete with a reminder the day before departure which allows time to do what is required and agreed to.

We had a fantastic stay at this property through Expedia/VRBO! The host's thoughtful touches, like a complimentary welcome basket and fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a variety of spices, made it feel like a home away from home. What a cozy gem. The owners put so much thought into the studio. The layout excellent, comfortable and it is well appointed. Communication with the owners on a few inquiries was upbeat and helpful. The bonus was their communicating the night before departure with reminders, along with an inquiry as to my departure time. Given that it was in the wee hours of the morning, and without any request from me, they took the time and care to make certain the exterior lights were on for ease and safety. I plan on returning and enjoying the cozy Treehouse again very soon.

My stay was awesome! This is just enough tucked away for the peace and quiet while also being super convenient. I was there to help move my kid back into the L&C college dorm and it was a super comfortable bed for those longs days and plenty of room to stretch and feel comfortable. I also appreciated the full washer and dryer in the kitchen closet as I was able to get out and hike and like being able to put clean clothes back in my suitcase. The hosts thought of everything and all I did was buy a few things for the fridge. I will definitely stay here again!

Whether you are enjoying wine tasting in Willamette Valley or running into Portland for dinner, this property is idealy located. It is close to I-5, Hwy 99 and Hwy 271, so you have direct access to anywhere youd like to go in minutes. The property was very clean and the bed and furniture are very comfortable. It is located in a charming neighborhood and comes with a reserved (off street) parking spot. We truly couldnt have asked for a better place to stay.

When we arrived at the loft studio in mid-January, the weather was chilly, but when we opened the door, the temperature was warm and welcoming! There was the complementary snack basket, which was perfect when we arrived at 4 PM and needed to figure out dinner—just like when you arrive home (there are snacks or food already there)! We stayed for two weeks while we waited for our home in Lake Oswego to be ready. This studio loft has everything, including a fully functional kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and decent-sized washer and dryer. The hosts thought of everything that guests might need when they were away from home—excellent and prompt communication from the hosts. It was quiet and relaxing.I would be happy to recommend this place for short or long-term stays! Thank you, Jay and Rachel!!

Loved this treehouse apartment. Perfect location for what we needed. Very clean, lots of amenities. Bed and pillows comfortable. Liked having a washer and dryer. Parking great. Good communication with hosts. Only downside for some people may be the stairs. It was fine for us but anyone with mobility problems will have issues. 5 stars and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Loved this apartment! Very modern and smelled amazing! Everything we needed was there (including my favorite laundry detergent)! The bed was ridiculously comfortable. Convenient parking. First I can't say enough about the hosts, they were incredible from booking to checkout the communication was quick and kind and just over the top in an excellent way! The little studio is clearly designed and loved by someone with impeccable taste. With it nestled in the trees it really felt like you were stepping into a private little hideaway! Jay and Rachel added so many personal touches that went a LONG way to making us feel welcomed, I would FOR SURE recommend and 100% would stay again!

We stayed here for eight days in January and highly recommend it. Our arriving flight was delayed due to the weather in Portland. The owner communicated with us and was concerned for our safety due to the icy conditions. The Tree House was very cozy and well equipped. We appreciated the basket of snacks especially because of our late night arrival. Parking and access were exceptional. If you are looking for a convenient and comfortable place in Southwest Portland, look no further. This is ideal, highly recommended.

This place is a perfect little apartment in the sky. It is referred to as the "Treehouse," which is a completely apropos. I stayed here by myself for three nights while at a graduated school residency program. The apartment is clean, bright, quiet, and so well outfitted with everything you could need. I have already booked another stay for a few months from now. The owners are friendly and super helpful, and I couldn't have been happier with my short stay in the trees of Tigard.

This was my first time in Portland. I couldn't have picked a better place to stay. This treehouse was perfect and the couple who hosted me were perfect. I felt so welcomed and they were so accommodating and had the sweetest welcoming basket with tons of goodies. Gotta say I'm a sucker for the dark chocolate. The place is super cozy and inviting a truly felt at home. I was close to pretty much everything. I highly recommend as it as everything you'll need. Thank you so much for having me and making my stay a wonderful experience.
