This brand-new, two-story modern cottage, is where sustainable design meets effortless living. Spanning 900 square feet, the open-concept layout is enhanced by high ceilings, luxury finishes, and an abundance of natural light.

The home features two serene bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and two full bathrooms, including an en-suite master with a elegant tiled shower and vanity.
