"We have stayed here before. We like the location downtown. We like the historical nature of the hotel. We absolutely did not like the room we were assigned. We shared a wall with the elevator, so we heard that late at night and definitely at 6:30 am when people went down for breakfast. One evening, someone decided to play the lobby piano and have a sing along after 10:00 pm. I couldn't tell the exact time because my head was covered with a pillow in a futile attempt to muffle the noise. In addition. the bed was very uncomfortable, far too soft."
