"Ta Da" Offers Numerous Enjoyable Amenities!

Welcome to your beach retreat! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is located just 450 steps from the beach and is fully equipped with a variety of entertainment options. Indoors, you will find board games, cards, puzzles, Velcro darts, and drawing supplies. The completely screened downstairs area also features numerous enjoyable amenities including a two-person basketball game, giant connect four, corn hole, ring & hook game, darts and a pirate ship sand box for the toddlers. This area also provides ample seating, a large gas grill, a spacious cooler on wheels for drinks, and overhead lighting. It also offers beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels and a beach wagon to transport your items on the short walk to the white sand. When you return from the beach, there is a bench to sit on and rinse off your feet along with places to hang wet bathing suits and towels. In addition, there is an enclosed, hot/cold water private shower with a dressing area available for you to wash off and get ready for the rest of your adventure.

The open floor plan offers plenty of space for all your entertainment needs. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes an induction stove with both conventional and convection ovens. Each bedroom features a king-size bed, and there are two queen sofa beds in the living room with memory foam mattresses. All furniture and mattresses have been updated as of 2023. In the event of a power outage, a whole house generator ensures uninterrupted comfort. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water and two screened-in porches, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful weather without the nuisance of seasonal insects.

Parking is available for four vehicles and a boat. The Shipwreck Raw Bar is within walking distance, providing convenient dining options. Bring your family and experience an abundance of fun at this well-appointed beach home.

"Ta Da" is a non-smoking unit and does not allow pets. All bookings are on a first come first serve basis.

St. Joe Beach and Beacon Hill offer miles of beautiful shoreline facing due west, providing spectacular sunsets and a silhouetted view of St. Joseph Peninsula. Nestled safely inside the Capes protective barrier, the surf is low and gentle, a safe haven for swimmers of all ages. Public boardwalks and trails to the beach are peppered along the road.
Keep an eye on the clock because it changes suddenly without much fanfare. Beacon Hill borders Bay County where the local time zone switches to Central.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.
