Sol Mate is a beautiful 5/3.5 home in the Villa Del Sol neighborhood. Sol Mate's master suite is on the ground floor. Sit on the back deck and watch the sunrise over the Bay. Sol Mate is a quick walk to the beach and the community pool and pickleball courts. A golf cart is available for an additional fee.
Beach chairs and other beach gear also provided!
Snowbirds- please inquire for winter pricing!

Great trip!

The house was clean and just as described. Cindy was responsive and the early check in was greatly appreciated. The ample supply of beach towels was a great surprise. This was our first visit to Cape San Blas but certainly won't be our last. We highly recommend Sol Mate to any visitors; particularly multi-generation families. Next time, we will plan on renting the golf cart.

Great multi family stay

Beautiful house! Beach is a quick walk. They have a ton of beach equipment. Minor inconveniences were the pantry is locked, so storing food for a large group was difficult and there is not shower or foot wash coming off the beach. There is a hose on the side of the house. I would stay again!

Beautiful house , easy access to beach , rented the golf cart, which was great! My whole family had a great time & loved the house. They were great to answer any questions we had . We definitely recommend this house & area .

Awesome

Very nice neighborhood. Quiet and clean all around. The house is very spacious. We loved having the option to rent the golf cart. It made getting to the beach a lot easier. The garage has plenty of beach chairs, tents, and beach toys. The pickle ball courts and the pool were nice to have.

Family time on the Cape

We took my mother and dad to the Cape to celebrate my mother‘s 80th birthday. We had a great time. They were bikes available, and we rode all over the Cape. the beach was a short walk away and there’s also a pool with a shower associated. The house was super clean. Kitchen had anything you need to cook as far as dishes and plates, etc. Beds were super comfortable. I would definitely recommend the house to others.

Great location

The location was great! There was plenty of room and bathrooms for 7 adults. It was our first time visiting Cape San Blas…it’s so quiet and absolutely beautiful. Hope to be back!

Quiet, Clean, Beautiful Stay in CSB!

This home is brand new and stocked perfectly. The living area is comfortable, the beds are cozy and the house is gorgeous. The kitchen is well stocked and the beach gear was great! The neighborhood is new and very quiet. The walk to the beach was easy with our kids and the pool was great and never crowded. We hope to stay here again soon!

Beautiful home

The house is perfect, Cape San Blas is amazing. I would stay here again but only after the construction is finished. Lots of noise and traffic because of that. Pool wasn't open. No access to get a golf cart on the beach from the house.
