Outdoor area for grilling and relaxing includes patio furniture and a large screened in front porch. There is plenty of parking including a covered carport. Plenty of room for boat parking and hose for easy clean up after a day on the water. Downtown area is within walking distance with a variety of shops, restaurants, grocery store and pharmacy. Walking trail and park are located one block from the house. Fenced in area for pups with doggie door off the screened porch.

We enjoyed the house and area very much. Nice screened porch for morning coffee and quiet area. Easy walk to downtown or the lighthouse to enjoy the sunsets. The fenced side yard worked great for our black lab.

Nice roomy home near downtown Port St Joe. The kitchen was outstanding. Close to good restaurants and shops in town. Really beautiful and uncrowded beaches a short drive away. The screened in porch was a great place to unwind after a day at the beach.

Perfect weekend get away

We’ve love this property in Downtown PSJ. We have stayed here the last couple of years when we come to go scalloping. It’s a perfect location near the boat ramps, stores, gas stations, and restaurants. The house is very clean and has everything you need and more. We will definitely be back again next year.

Quiet area and I found everything clean and in working order. The only surprise was the shared laundry room. This was not an issue but just didn’t know this before booking. The host were very responsive to questions. I hope to return soon.
