BEDROOMS:
1) Master Suite – King bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, 55" Smart TV.
2) Bedroom 2 – Queen bed, closet, 43" Smart TV.
3) Bedroom 3 – Queen bed, closet, 43" Smart TV.
4) Bunk Room – Two twin-over-twin bunk beds and one trundle-bed (the room in total sleeps 5), perfect for kids or groups. Room also has a closet and 43" Smart TV.

BATHROOMS:
1) Master Bath – Double vanity, walk-in shower.
2) Bathroom 2 – Full bath with shower/tub combo.

LIVING SPACES: Open-concept living room with reclining sofa and love seat and a 70" Smart TV. Dining area with seating for 6-8 plus kitchen island seating for 4.

KITCHEN: Fully stocked chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances

COFFEE: Keurig Duo Coffee Maker allows you to brew coffee using k-cups (starter kit of k-cups is provided), or use ground coffee with the drip coffee maker to brew larger pots of coffee.

OUTDOOR: Screened-in back porch with lounge seating. Outdoor grill for cookouts.
Front porch with rocking chairs. Outdoor shower to wash off sand from the beach.

BEACH SUPPLIES: 3 boogie boards, 4 beach chairs, sand toys, beach towels, and 2 beach umbrellas.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Free Wifi, Central A/C & heat, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and in the living room. Towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash is provided.

PARKING: Parking in our neighborhood is only allowed in the driveway (no street parking per HOA guidelines). Additional parking is available nearby (near the public beach access) and at the neighborhood center.

BEACH ACCESS: Windmark does have public beach access at both ends of the neighborhood. There are several private (neighborhood only) beach access points.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES: 2 community pools (short golf cart ride or walk to the main Windmark Village zero-entry pool, a 5-7 min drive to the ocean view pool (with great sunset views!)), boardwalks, bike and walking trails.
Downtown Village Center: restaurants, wine shop, beach rental equipment store, Gym (for a fee), & more.

SECURITY: For guest safety & ours, the property has a Ring Doorbell on the front door and a garage door camera facing the driveway. These are the only cameras on the property (there are no cameras inside the home
