ケープの北端にあるAll Smilesは、湾のエメラルドグリーンの水から徒歩ですぐの場所にあり、砲撃、釣り、またはサンブラス岬の砂糖のような白い砂浜でのんびりリラックスす���のに便利です。

セントへは歩いてすぐです。 ジョセフ半島州立公園では、水泳、カヤック、パドルボードを楽しんだり、湾と湾で遊べます。

メインレベルには、花崗岩製のカウンタートップが揃う広々とし���キッチンが用意されています。 ダイニングエリアには6人用のテーブル、4人用の子供用テーブル、2人用のアイランドテーブルがあります。 ダイニングエリアか��広々としたデッキへ直接アクセスできます。

メインフロアには、セラミックタイル張��の床、高い天���、そして65インチのテレビ、本、ボードゲームなどを備えた明るく開放感のある集合スペースを提供する壁一面の窓があります。 テレビ付きのクイーンルーム2室があります。大浴場と洗濯室がメインレベルを完成させます。

We had yet another amazing week at the cape. This was our first time renting All Smiles but can definitely say it won’t be our last. Our Yorkie Mo throughly enjoyed how dog friendly it was. He loved being able to hang out with us on property leash free. The home felt very cozy and had everything we could ask for. Including toys , puzzles and books for our toddler.

Great Home and Location

House is very close to beach. Great outdoor space. House was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. If I had to list a fault, the property line is the lane for all the homes behind the house to access beach and they all camp out in front of the house. Would definitely stay again.

Great Beach House

Perfect

The house was just as described, plenty of room lots of decks and places to unwind. Excellent for pups and the beach was just steps away! We had a wonderful time and had a turtle nest our last day, we will definitely be back.

Absolutely Fantastic!

Listening to the waves and looking out across the Gulf, while relaxing in this beautiful home, made for a perfect family beach vacation. There are so many wonderful outdoor seating options, including a wonderful daybed swing, lounge chairs and a hammock. The fenced in yard also made it an ideal place for our fur babies to enjoy. We would come back here in a heartbeat. We loved everything about this home!

Family Vacation

This was our 2nd stay in Cape San Blas! We love this home! Location is the best, beds extremely comfortable & the view is Amazing! Wish we had taken advantage of the rental credit as the chairs at the home were all falling apart but that was our only complaint.

Lovin life on The Cape

Cape San Blas is incomparable and the location of this home simply couldn’t be better. The house was immaculately clean, better equipped than most. Shampoo & Conditioner and bath soap in every bathroom, they even had garbage bags in the kitchen. But most of all is the location, location, location.

Overall a nice beach front property. A few hiccups. The ceiling fans downstairs did not have remotes or work at all by a switch so we couldn’t turn on the living room fan at all or the bedroom fan with the bunk beds, and the spare bedroom with a queen bed fan was set to low speed with no way to adjust speed. I called the property manager and someone brought 2 box fans. The house gets strong afternoon and evening sun so moving air with a ceiling fan is a must! The living room ceiling fan was covered in dust, it hadn’t been dusted in a good while. I looked underneath the couch for the fan remotes and there was a ton of sand and crumbs under the couch and small love seat. The living room mirror above the couch was smeared, and the stove top was not properly cleaned. The bunk beds were very wobbly and I had two young men sleeping there. The gentlemen that brought the box fans did get his tool box and tighten the bunk bed frame. The fenced in small yard in front with fire pit looks nothing like the picture, it is desperate need of some landscaping. The outside closet with kayaks and boogie board was a disaster, everything just tossed in! The property really needs some TLC and more attention to detail when cleaning.

All Smiles lives up to its name!

All Smiles offered a wonderful beach vacation for our family. There are excellent indoor view of the ocean for drinking your morning coffee, from dining at dinners, or from the decks. Our family enjoyed the beach all day with such easy access to come inside, move up to a deck chair, watch the sunsets etc. The ground level is fully enclosed with a dog area, a picnic table, deck chairs and more for a wonderful total outdoor experience.. The ocean is beautiful and fun for play, the beach is not crowded, and the sunsets are beautiful. The houses is decorated with upscale decor that is beach durable, and with a kitchen with most that you would need.

We had a great stay. The ONLY thing we needed but didn’t have was a skillet to cook pancakes. Other than that, which is very small, I would recommend this house.

It doesn't get any better!

It doesn't get any better than this!! The location is AMAZING, and the house is SO nice. Comfortable furniture, great indoor and outdoor space. Everything we wanted and more. The area underneath the house with the chairs and outdoor furniture was a such great bonus hangout area for everyone. We had an extended family group, ranging from age 17 to 89, and everyone was All Smiles. This house is going to make it hard for us to ever rent anything else!! The property manager was prompt and attentive to a minor issue with bedding, with a super quick solution before the end of our first day....a pleasure to work with! If you're considering this property, I promise it's worth it!

Great Property

The home was nicely furnished and very clean. Bedrooms were spacious and beds comfortable. The master suite is huge with a great view of the Gulf. Great book selection as well if you like thrillers! It was great being right on the beach and catching the sunset from any deck or the living room for that matter. We found some good restaurants in Port St Joe as well as a few on the Cape. We loved that it wasn't as crowded as Fort Meyers or Tampa areas. Temperatures were about 10 degrees cooler than the southern areas of Florida so it is certainly a trade off between crowds and temperatures.

Amazing

Beautiful. We stayed for a month and didn’t want to leave. The house and view were beautiful. There were a lot of stairs, but we just thought of it as exercise. My husband’s legs and hips really got stronger from stairs and walks on the beach If we needed anything, they were right on it.

Beach front relaxation

All Smiles is a very special property which made us sad to leave. The home is very comfortable, clean and has the most beautiful views! Each night we watched the sunset and every morning we walked the beach. It was wonderful stepping right off the deck onto the beach. We will most definitely be back!!!

Incredible property!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family of three adult couples, one grandma, one 2 year old, and a few pups. Here are the top 5 things about it: 1. You are right on the beach. If anyone gets tired or hungry or if you forgot your sunscreen, it's an easy walk back to the house. (This was CRUCIAL for our 2 year old.) 2. The downstairs area is the PERFECT place for babies and pups to run and play but still be contained. (The doggie area + incredible lower deck are all connected with gates to keep everyone inside.) 3. As the listing states, there is plenty of room to spread out. Three incredible porches + rooms with tvs + being right on the beach meant we could all do our own thing without being on top of one another, even on a rainy day! 4. This house has everything. Call in advance and ask them- we had chairs, nets, a beach wagon, etc. 5. You're right down the road from the State Park, which means if the waves are rough on the Gulf side, you can easily drive to the State Park and swim, float, paddleboard, snorkel on the bay. We saw sea urchins, sting rays, a BABY SEA TURTLE, a starfish, and hermit crabs. This is a really special property. If you're on the fence about booking it, go for it. We loved our week here and we'll be back!!
