You will have access to the entire house. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master suite is king bed, 4K TV, ceiling fan with attached bath and custom tiled shower. Second bedroom is queen bed with access to the deck. 4K TV and has access to large hall bathroom with 60” double vanity, lighted mirror and customer tiled shower. Third bedroom has bunk beds (full over queen with full trundle). 4K TV and ceiling fan. Kitchen is amazing with top of the line appliances, and everything you need to prepare gourmet meals, also features bar with seating for five. Living room has large sectional, 75” 4K TV and ceiling fan.

Gulf pines is an exclusive and private neighborhood with no public beach access. Beaches are very quiet and never crowded.

Golf carts can be rented and delivered locally Beach access for vehicles is approximately 1/4 mile from the house. You can drive vehicles of all kinds on the beaches. We have a dune in front of the house that the boardwalk goes over. You cannot drive on the dunes so you will want to use the beach access just outside our neighborhood entrance.

What A View West is one of two separate houses that share a very large (1,600 sq Ft) deck.
