A true oasis of relaxation and fun greets guests on the ground level. With a stunning pool flanked by 2 inviting loungers for sunbathing and a covered patio complete with a grill and alfresco dining for 6, this space is perfectly crafted for unforgettable beachfront gatherings. Enjoy a quick stroll down the private boardwalk to access pristine white beaches and rinse off sandy feet in the outdoor shower before heading upstairs to the main floor.

Take the stairs or elevator to the second floor and heart of the home, where a spacious and open great room exudes coastal warmth and charm. Gather around the L-shaped sectional, perfectly positioned for movie nights and entertainment, or enjoy more intimate conversations in the quaint sitting area behind the couch. The house was amazing. Everything was so clean and organized and the layout of the home is perfect for multiple families. The pool was a necessity and the close access to the beach was perfect! With three kids, the pool and the beach so close together was such a need. If you come to PSJ, this house is where you need to rent! We were 10 minutes from the square and restaurants and we’ll be back for sure!
