A cozy dining area just off the living room offers table seating for 6. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with, stainless steel appliances, Additional seating is available at the kitchen island with seating for 4. Alfresco dining is available on the patio. Also, on this level is a queen bedroom and full bath.

The top level is all about a good night's sleep. This floor features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, two rooms offer gulf views and access to the large porch. Each bedroom includes a new Smart TV. A laundry room is also conveniently located on this floor.

Each floor offers porches, perfect for lounging or a sunset dinner. The home is across the street from the beach and it's only about a three-minute walk to the closest beach access.

Emerald Coast Dream is a pet friendly home up to 2 dogs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200.00
No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house is permitted and there is a minimum age requirement of 25 for renters.

Reservations Canceled/Reservations Changed: A minimum fee of $150.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged on the reservation total of a canceled reservation only if the property re-rents for the same time period and at the same rate. Changes in a reservation, whether to the same property under different dates or changing properties altogether will be treated as a canceled reservation. In the event the property does not re-rent for the same time period and at the same rate, all monies paid to Cape San Blas Vacation Rentals, Inc. will be forfeited.
