Located next to St. Joseph State Park, this property is surrounded by serene natural beauty and is a short walk from the white sand beaches of the Gulf and St Joseph Bay. This pet-friendly home has great amenities, too—a private hot tub, access to the community pool, deeded beach access, and more!

A staircase leads guests to a wraparound deck overlooking picturesque Gulf and Bay views from this 2-story retreat. Underneath this stilted home, the hot tub and outdoor shower create an impressive outdoor space to enjoy with loved ones or man's best friend.

A spacious and inviting great room welcomes guests with vaulted ceilings and wood floors. Natural light brightens the space through skylights, resulting in a bright and airy feel. The elegant kitchen has pristine white cabinetry, salt and pepper granite countertops, and a large kitchen island that doubles as a 4-stool breakfast bar. The adjacent dining area can seat up to 8, making mealtime gatherings even more special. A floating staircase separating the kitchen from the living area adds an interesting architectural dimension to the home. *There can be no boats, jet skis, or Low-Speed Vehicles in eye sight of this community. Guests must put them in storage, or fit them property in the garage.
