Wine Down

We loved Wine Down! Great location on the Cape, private, clean and fully stocked. We enjoyed the pool and easy access to the beaches and the state park. Perfect for a large family and especially if you are bringing your boat and a few cars.

Fantastic!

We loved this property so much we already reserved it for next year! Perfect for 2 families traveling together-we had plenty of space. Kitchen was very well stocked. We loved riding our bikes to the beach and to the Trading Post and Scallop Cove. The only thing we can think of to improve it would be adding a hot tub.

Beautiful Location, Perfect Vacation

We had a fantastic vacation at Wine Down. The house was amazing. Description and photos are accurate. Beds were comfortable, house was well stocked with kitchen gadgets and appliances. There was plenty of room for our group of 8 to spread out, or gather together. We enjoyed the pool and are glad we paid the extra cost to have it heated. The location was perfect for us; short walk to the beach and bay, but not too close to neighbors. There really are too many positives to list. We were extremely pleased with all aspects of our stay. Highly recommend you bring your family and friends for a visit to the Cape and Wine Down.

Beautiful home

We love the house. Had everything we needed In the kitchen to make Thanksgiving dinner. The kids loved the pool. We had it heated and water temperature was perfect. Would rent again.

VAC 2021

This was our second time staying at Wine Down and we really love this place. Plenty of room for large parties and the two masters is a big plus The kitchen is so well stocked. We enjoyed the pool and patio area. Just a short walk or ride to the beach. We will definitely plan another stay in the future.

Wine Down was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy. We had a great time and enjoyed the property. The kitchen was wonderful and overall Wine Down was one of the best rentals!!

Loved It!

The house was perfect and accommodated our entire family nicely including our dog. The screened in porch was nice for rainy days and eating. Loved the swings by the pool. The location was awesome too. Perfect for going to the beach, biking on the trail, the state park, shopping and the bay. We loved this house and part of Florida. Will be coming back.

I think that vacation was a dream

I truly have never stayed in a more beautiful house. The set up was amazing and perfect for our family trip. It was designed for families and is super functional but also the decor inside is gorgeous. We talked the decorations and lighting all week long. The gated pool was so perfect for our toddler. We slept on the top level with him in our room and were pleasantly surprised to find a gate to help keep him off the stairs. We had a cool week in April and were very glad we opted to heat the pool. The pool is a perfect size its nice to have it so close to the house. The kitchen was a dream come true. Had literally everything we could have needed. The grill was also amazing. We enjoyed hot dogs by the pool for lunch all week long. The grill was huge! The screened in deck on the top is where we enjoyed dinner and some evening cocktails. It was so peaceful and so comfortable with the fans blowing. The color changing rope lights were also a fun touch. I think Cape San Blas is a hidden gem. It's a quiet beachtown. My favorite thing we did was having a bonfire on the beach. I have never been able to do something like that before. Actually no one in our group had either. Amazing trip. Thank you for sharing your home.

We can’t wait to go back!

Our time at Wine Down was OUTSTANDING!! This was our first time on Cape San Blas as a youngish (31/32!) couple from MA with a 1 year old bernese mountain dog. The house was impeccably clean, with all the bells and whistles from a swinging outdoor couch to a wine bar. The pool and outdoor area were perfect to sun bathe and cool down in the pool when needed. More swinging chairs by the pool! The lighting inside and outside of the house was a fun touch and the decorations were perfect for Cape San Blas. We enjoyed cooking fresh seafood on the grill and in the chefs kitchen. The beach is a short walk (400 yards) away and is close to the general store if you need to run out quick. Without a doubt we will be back - it’s totally worth the 24 hour drive!

Best Beach Getaway!

We didn't know much about the Port St. Joe/Cape San Blas area so we took a chance on this place because the pictures made it look like a nice place. Let me tell you, it was better than we could have imagined. Having the 2 master suites, and 2 other bedrooms was amazing for our family. Private pool was amazing and the property management company quickly responded when we had questions. Plus, it was a very short walk to the public beach - which was basically empty - so quiet. We had 2 adults and 2 kids working/schooling during the day and the wifi was adequate to handle our online activity. Kitchen/house was stocked with all the equipment we could have asked for and all the furnishings were new and clean. This was a great house and we are so glad we were able to spend 2 weeks here!

Cape San Blas - Wine Down

We had a wonderful stay at the Wine Down house. This is such a great house and we highly recommend! The kitchen was just amazing! The two Master bedrooms were a big plus and the layout of the house was awesome - we loved the porches and swimming pool/entertaining area. It's a great location, very short walk or drive to the beach. Wonderful views of the gulf and bay! We will definitely be back! Don't miss this one!
