「Overall, a great stay. The only caveat is hitting my head on the bottom of the flatscreen TV when standing up from picking up items that were placed in front of it. Typically there is a dresser or something under a tv, so you don't encounter those types of issues. Some odd layout of the room with the lack of a closet, etc. Otherwise, the facilities were clean and nice. I would recommend staying and would look to stay again if/when in the area.」

「Beds need updating, everyone in my group agreed the beds were not comfortable-sagging and stiff. Caused quite a few sore backs and hips for just one nights stay. Also, the staff needs more help. The people there work hard and did the best they could. It was great to have the restaurant onsite and overall nice set up.」

「長年このホテルを利用していますが、ホテル自体は良くメンテナンスされています。朝食はロビーにあるスターバックスで取ることになりますが、いつも混んでいて時間が掛かるのが難点です。」

「Location was excellent for day trips to explore Holland and Saugatuck/Douglas. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good, ample choices. Especially memorable was the courtesy, friendliness and helpful attitude of the staff. A special mention of Sharon, who was friendly and efficient in resolving, fully to our satisfaction, a minor room maintenance concern. Would definitely stay again if in the area.」

「I can't believe that I am a Hilton member and they charged me for bottled water!!! There is no way to adjust the temperature in the rooms, because of the cement ceilings and floor it was very cold and unwelcoming. All the construction made it difficult to enter and exit from the street side.. Not sure I would stay here again,」
