"The home was good for our family time...good space for the 7 of us...comfortable, nice heavy blankets for winter nights, good gathering space. Our hostess responded quickly to our questionn. Enjoyed the hike to the beach, but not for the faint of heart."

"The best hosts ever! When we arrived the power was out all over the area due to bad weather. The hosts graciously moved us to another one of their properties, Property # 2196700, that was beautiful. After 12 inches of snow our second day at the property the hosts plowed the driveway so we could leave the next day. The property is right on Lake Michigan. Gorgeous sunsets! The house is immaculate and updated. We highly recommend the property and the hosts!"

"Really amazing property in a really amazing location. We really felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves most days. On another, we met a family who have been coming to the area for literal decades and they took us out on their aqua cat. We had a very restorative stay and our dog enjoyed watching all the beach and woods activities from the amazing deck. "

"Great place to stay for (multiple)families. Tons of space, large tables for puzzles and eatings. Lots of amenities including puzzles, games, toys for young kids, ping pool table, pool table and our kids favorite the indoor pool. Kayaking across the pond was also fun."

"A very well maintained older property (like if your grandparents had a super cute lake cabin growing up). Clean and stocked with everything you would reasonably need. Ideally situated on Lake Michigan, with lake views from most rooms. Nice open concept living room/kitchen/dining area, perfect for socializing. But the best part was the profound sense of peace and tranquility felt while there. And the property management company was fantastic."

"We had a lovely week and enjoyed the “retro” cottage. Driving in on the long wooded driveway was like taking a deep breath, and close proximity to the trails along Lakeshore Ave was terrific. Location was great, we loved eating dinner on the screened porch with lake views. The cabin could use some updates - pillows flat and uncomfortable, the sofa not very comfortable and not enough seating in the living room for everyone to watch a movie. The biggest issue is the miniature bathtub (noShower) in the bathroom in between the primary bedroom and the bunk room. The addition of / conversion to a shower seems like a worthwhile investment. Finally, only four flimsy plastic chairs were provided on the patio which we used at the beach as well. Adding some better patio furniture along with portable beach chairs is a suggestion. "
