Beach house on private resort

  • Relaxing, comfortable, and very clean home with a covered outdoor deck. Great place for a family vacation getaway. Always something to do. Great place to chill where you'll want the time to stand still. This private resort is a gated community that has 24 hour front gate security.

    Because this is a privately owned community guests will need to pay a $60 guest processing fee and a $15 parking fee for your entire stay. This fee is charged by Long Island Village not the property owner, this money is never seen by the owner of the property. The lot is located 1 mile from downtown Port Isabel and 6 miles from South Padre Island.
