"When I booked this home in January of 2025 for an April vacation it was listed with hot tub and heated pool, pictures showed a beautiful outdoor space with pool and hot tub. Those pictures are very old and do not show what it actually looks like now. I called Vacasa on our 1st day in home with no heat in the pool and the pool dirty and cloudy and the hot tub was very cold. No instructions on how anything works in the home, Vacasa told me to locate the spa button and press it and it should start...
