"Lovely staff. Room is antiquated but very nice and clean. You must walk up a steep flight of stairs to the level for rooms. The restaurant is on the main level and was very nice. Location in the center of town is perfect for wandering around."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Old Lantern Inn in Charlotte VT. Our room was large with a king and a twin bed and views of Lake Champlain. The inn was very quiet and clean. We can’t say enough about the innkeeper Lisa; she went above and beyond to ensure that not only were our needs met, but our expectations exceeded. Continental breakfast is modest but tasty. There are only 8 rooms in the inn and it has a family feel. Guests seem to really enjoy talking to other guests & sharing local information. If you stay here, you will absolutely not be disappointed!"

"Clean and comfortable. Not too expensive. Location, location, location! Convenient to everything you're likely to want to do in Ticonderoga. The pool and hot tub are nice amenities. If they have a gym, I didn't see it. Perhaps it's on the second floor? Breakfast is included; and it's really pretty good. My companion noted that the egg omelets all seemed to include cheese. I guess if you're lactose intolerant that could be an issue- probably the hot foods should be labeled. The restaurant / bar is okay; menu is a bit limited, but will satisfy most people. Our food was good ,we ate breakfast twice and dinner twice. Restaurant options in-town seem pretty limited,so, we appreciated the convenience of having an on-site restaurant. There is 24 hour coffee and tea in the lobby, which is a nice touch. We expect to return in the fall."

"This condo has the most amazing views.of Lake George. We really enjoyed our stay and the calm/quiet area. Weather was a little cool so we were able to spend more time on the deck during the day. Vary spaciois rooms and 30 mins to Bolton Landing. Haugue is a cute little town with a beautiful landscape. We will be back."

"Was what was promised - clean room, nice staff, convenient access, good communications about what to expect. Cool option of the "largest candy shop in VT". Home made chocolates were great. My only concern had to do with Expedia, which didn't share my phone number to text, rather than email, my access code."
