「Yes, quite so. Only critique of amenities is that the footing on the outdoor path needs to be firmer: stepping tiles felt loose. Also, the parking spot north of the garage was where we were directed to park but it was virtually unusable for our mid-compact car -- hedge needs trimming. However, the host himself told us where could alternately park. He happened to be there but if he had not been it could be confusing.」

「An honest review: this is a daylight basement so know that going in. The decor is great and it’s nicely updated. I had really frustrating communication issues with the host on more than one occasion which means that I will definitely not stay here again. The 10am checkout time is very unreasonable, and the cleaners knocked on the door early at 9:40am, when i brought this to the host he was flippant. I don’t love microfiber bedding/sheets, but that’s a personal preference. Pillows were not great...

「I highly recommend this unit in the Green Lake area in Seattle. The location was great, the beds were comfortable, the place was very clean, and the price was reasonable. I would suggest bringing your own toiletries as those were lacking. It was an easy check in and out process, and the host communicated regularly. Bonus that coffee grounds & coffee maker were provided and they allow dogs for a reasonable fee. We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again!」

「Stayed here for a few days. It's close to Fremont and Ballard. Auto lock door was nice and convenient. In unit laundry was nice to have. It's in a basement so there's not much light. Reasonable parking.」

We were visiting our daughter for the holidays and this apartment was in a perfect location to spend time with her during the holidays. The apartment was also ideally located to enjoy the U District, Green Lake, and Ballard. Relatively easy access to downtown. 」
