「Yes, quite so. Only critique of amenities is that the footing on the outdoor path needs to be firmer: stepping tiles felt loose. Also, the parking spot north of the garage was where we were directed to park but it was virtually unusable for our mid-compact car -- hedge needs trimming. However, the host himself told us where could alternately park. He happened to be there but if he had not been it could be confusing.」

「This worked out nicely. The place is small, parking abundant and the Tangletown area of Green Lake is close by. I got coffee at Zoka Coffee Roasters each morning, and Aslan Brewing had good beer. Two heads up for families: (1) the main bed is under the loft beds so you are all in the same room while sleeping; and (2) the steps to the loft are very steep - almost ladder like. Our kids are big enough now but if they were a few years younger, I'd have been very uneasy with them sleeping up...

「Only negative to talk about is the bed blanket was a bit rough. Reminded us of a moving blanket. Could have used some paper towels too. Loved the property though. Water front. Owners were very kind when we messaged them. Got locked out of our room, but I believe it's because we extended our stay and the key pad lock wasn't updated to that change. Very comfortable room for two of us. Close to the neighboring rooms, but much better than a hotel! Internet was a little slow so our tv would glitch...

「This property was perfect for what we needed. It was close to the grandkids we were visiting as well as walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and other businesses. The host is responsive and accommodating. Yes, you can hear the people living upstairs but this did not bother us at all. We hope to stay here again in the future. 」

「Cute basement apartment. Nice and clean, and super quiet. Convenient location for zipping around the city. Well stocked with everything we needed.Heads up, the oven runs HOT, but baked our frozen pizzas awesome once we turned it way down.Some good safe green spaces next to, but walled off from the freeway to walk our dog.」
