The Space:

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail from the covered furnished deck, or take a quick walk or ride to the beach! Sea Breeze is located in the center of Crystal Beach, convenient to all the shopping, restaurants, night life, and the Gulf of America.

The open living/kitchen area features plush seating and a large TV for relaxing after your day in the sun. There is a spacious dining table, and a kitchen with a large island. The kitchen is stocked with all you need to prepare and serve your favorite meals, including a Keurig coffee maker. For your convenience, you'll find Starlink high speed internet for your devices.

With nearly 1500 square feet, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home accommodates 8 comfortably. The primary suite features a king bed with a television and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom two offers one queen and two twin beds, and bedroom three features one queen bed.

Downstairs you will find a cute entertaining area with amenities that include an outdoor bar area with swings, a sand shower, and a charcoal barbecue grill. Sea Breeze is a great place to make beach memories with your family!

No pets are allowed. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

Family Vacation 2025

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love to visit Crystal Beach every summer as a family tradition. We stayed at the Sea Breeze this summer. It was a great home. We loved the layout and big bathrooms. The beds were so comfortable. One bed was broke when we arrived. Swedes responded quickly and had it fixed in no time. We had a great trip and will definitely rent this house again.

Location, location, location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home is exactly as the pictures appear. 2 minute drive to the beach, probably a 10 minute walk in case you forgot something. Adding a dumb waiter would be super helpful with getting luggage & ice chests up & down the stairs. Family room gets very warm during the day if blinds are left open & when cooking. A mini split would be helpful. We enjoyed our stay & may make this a yearly family trip.

Great house, great location, clean!

This is perfect 3 bedroom house for friends and family. The house was very clean and as advertised. The check in process is out dated. There is no reason to go to Swede's Real Estate office when the front door has a combination lock. Linen's are not included, which is clearly stated on the house description. That doesn't mean it is right and they should be included like 99.99% of other STRs. I would highly recommend this home with some easy upgrades.
