The interior of the home has relaxing coastal decor and updated finishes. There is comfortable seating for all and space for movie nights and games. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your meal prep, including both Keurig and regular drip coffee pot. The open concept living/dining/kitchen area offers island seating as well as a separate dining table. You'll have the comforts of home, including an on-site washer/dryer and high speed internet.



This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in the popular Emerald 1 Subdivision sleeps 8 comfortably. It is perfect for two small families looking to get away and relax! The primary suite features a king bed and an ensuite bath. Bedroom two offers two sets of twin over twin bunk beds, and bedroom three has one full-size bed. All bedrooms have their own televisions.



You will love the ground floor entertaining space! Outdoor amenities include charcoal barbecue pit, outdoor shower, tiki bar, horseshoe pit, basketball goal, and plenty of seating.



No pets are allowed. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
