Wonderful Stay!

Sara's apartment is incredible. Perfect location, beautiful balcony views, very comfortable bed and couch, and great kitchen. We came for a few days for our honeymoon and Sara was even kind enough to give us a welcoming treat! We could not have asked for a better place to stay in Ponta Delgada. Be sure to check out the restaurant downstairs to the left of the apartment! They were very kind to us and had wonderful food. Muito Obrigada Sara!

Stop over in the Azores

Beautiful Island stop for 3 days! The host, Sara, was very responsive and helpful during our stay. The condo was well equipped, very clean and nicely decorated. Walkable location. Walkable access to several nice restaurants, the gardens and water front area. Would highly recommend a car for touring all the island sights though.

Fantastic place to stay.

This property has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Sao Miguel. It is super clean, perfect location in Ponta Delgada - within walking distance to all sorts of shops and restaurants, and of course the water front. But the best part of staying here is Sara! She is awesome! A wealth of knowledge and very attentive to all your needs. Sara makes you feel so welcomed - like family!! Truly a 5 star experience, yet we would give her 10 stars if we could.

Pure Perfection!

This apartment was everything we expected and more. Awesome location, modern, bright, and immaculately clean! The best part of the experience however was our host, Sara! So kind and attentive. We felt cared for and valued. Truly a perfect choice for our stay in Ponta Delgada! muito Obrigado Sara❤️

Great property, location and owner

(1) A spacious and very clean one bedroom unit. The unit is well appointed, including a 2-in1 washer-dryers that works (I used it). As a welcome gift, the owner left a small cheese plate with home-made preserves as a dip and a small bottle of wine. Delicious! (2) I loved the location. It is in the old part of town on a foot-traffic only street. There are restaurants (no noisy bars) within steps from the street door. On the other side of the back fence is a convent (Nossa Senhora da Esperanca) that was founded in the 1500s, and just beyond that is Igreja de Sao Jose. The unit is on the (European) second floor (ground, first, second) so the view from the west-facing balcony is nice. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony with my morning coffee looking at the convent, thinking about its 500-year history and listening to the church bells. (3) The owner is very responsive and was genuinely concerned that I was enjoying my stay. (4) I would definitely stay there again if I return to the Azores.

Absolutely superb!

Sara and Andrea were so friendly and helpful! The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, bright, and cheery! The kitchen is well-equipped for any of your needs. Sara left a lovely welcome gift of wine, cheese, apples, and homemade pineapple jelly! What a nice touch! We cannot imagine a better choice in Ponta Delgada. There are many restaurants nearby and a grocery store within walking distance. Overall a great stay on a wonderful island!
