「Hôtel très bien」

「The staff were amazing without exception. Reception, restaurant staff, spa attendant and the manager all made every effort to ensure we had the best stay possible. The rooms were well laid out, clean and comfortable and we had a beautiful view. Breakfast was excellent and the parking was affordable and convenient. We would highly recommend this hotel, it is well situated right in town and would absolutely return for future stays.」

「Location is 20 minute walk to the centre square. A few great restaurants around within a ten minute walk. Lovely coastal walk across the road. Staff was super friendly and the whole check-in/out process was easy. Our room had a wonderful view of the ocean.」

「The breakfast was a perfect amount of choices to start the day. All of the staff at the front desk were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure my stay was good. I enjoyed the location, as it was easily accessible to the tours that I had booked. (I didn’t know, but the front desk can book tours for you.) Would definitely stay again on my next visit to Ponta Delgada」

「I enjoyed having a morning breakfast, it was simple but delicious and allowed me to start my day easily. I requested an early check in which they accommodated and though they could not accommodate a late check out i was allowed to leave my bag so i could explore the city gardens a bit before I headed to the airport. Great place to stay in a quiet neighbourhood close to the old city centre.」

「The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly as soon as we booked the hotel. Communication was great the entire time. Breakfast every morning was a nice plus as well. The rental car and parking garage they have on site as well made our trip very easy! 」

「Fantastic hotel. Great location for walking to the harbor and shopping and restaurants, friendly staff, beautiful decor, and excellent breakfasts. Note that no cars are allowed on street where they are located, but there is parking nearby.」
