"The place was very nice, clean, and was just as advertised. It was pretty small, but comfortably slept 3 of us. There was no kitchen, just a mini-fridge, a microwave, and a toaster. There are also no plates or bowls (even paper ones) so I suggest that you bring your own if you plan to use the kitchenette. The walk to the lifts is only about 5 min, and there is also a shuttle stop right out front if you don't want to walk."

"Perfect location with great amenities, and excellent friendly staff. Available to respond any questions and concerns directly from the owner if needed. The room it’s very quiet and cozy, with plenty of towels and small fridge and microwave. Close to Safeway and the best views of Lake Tahoe. I would come back. "A nice and more affordable option for those visiting North Lake Tahoe. The Granlibakken has an old-school Tahoe vibe, which can be both charming and dated. This particular room, while checking all the boxes, definitely has a bit of "staying the night at Grandma's house) vibe. Furniture is fully functional, but could use an upgrade. Overall, would stay again for the price, but would enjoy it more with a little refresh."

"Beautiful property and place! Love the calm setting away from the “touristy” part of Tahoe, but close to groceries, the beach, restaurants, etc. Would stay here again!"
