Vintage French Farmhouse charm in the countryside

  • We offer a private portion of our Rustic Vintage French inspired home for guests to stay in. This is a cozy, 280 sq ft studio. Enjoy all that Placerville and the surrounding rivers, lakes, mountains, farms, Apple Hill, and old mining towns have to offer when you stay at our little home! We are located among family farms, some including horses, goats, sheep, chickens and yet in a neighborhood, very close to amenities such as groceries and gas. It’s quiet and peaceful! There is one wall shared with homeowner. For privacy for both guests and us, we tend to stay in the back half of our home when we have guests.

This property is in an amazing location, a short distance from amenities, but most importantly right off the trail system. It has a beautiful fenced in yard and patio area that I was able to enjoy with my dog. It was very peaceful! The space itself is simple and relaxing and has all the basics.

This is a small place but it works well for one person or maybe a couple. I would describe the ambiance as vintage. It is not the Ritz-Carlton but comfortable and homey.The host is very responsive and helpful. I especially liked the trail nearby for morning walks.Also, it is close by to the highway and easy to get around the surrounding area as a consequence. It is easy to maintain privacy and a very quiet neighborhood for a relaxing and meditative type experience.
