「The room was spacious and well supplied for the most part. A quiet neighborhood, easy walk for groceries. The floor was quite dirty, but they had a mop and bucket so was easy to clean it. There were no kitchen towels of any kind, but plenty of bath towels. A dishwasher and fridge were a real plus! Radiant in floor heat was so nice in the bathroom too! Unfortunately for us, there were kids unattended in the stairwells playing and making noise until midnight. No fault of the management, but...

「Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche am Wörthersee im Ferienhaus Kathreinkogel verbracht, die der ganzen Familie inkl. den beiden Hunden sehr gefallen hat. Wir hatten die Besitzerin sehr kurzfristig (nur eine Woche vorher) angeschrieben, ob das Ferienhaus noch vermietbar sei und die Antwort kam freundlich und sehr schnell. Also nichts wie gebucht und 7 Tage später ging es los. Das Haus selbst ist wie beschrieben und die zwei Wohneinheiten waren für uns als Eltern mit zwei Töchtern (erw. + Teenie)...

「Die Wohnung liegt zentrumsnah (ca 7 Gehminuten) und dennoch ruhig. Die Wohnung hatte alles, wie in der Ausschreibung beschrieben und war sehr gepflegt. Der Gastgeber Matej war sehr freundlich und hilsbereit. Er gab uns prima Ausflugstipps. Wir können den Gastgeber und die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.」

Wifi did not work - was told it was because of the weather and then it came to light it was the owners account issue (sounded like this was not news) and was never fixed in the two weeks. Because the Wifi was not available there was no Smart TV. Outside area was not one to use and had not been cleaned for a long time. Damp smells in some of the rooms. General...
