"When I arrived at this property the owner finally answered the door, she said she had no knowledge of my booking. Finally I had to email her a copy of my confirmation. This wasn't made any easier by her statement that "she spoke no English" - the website clearly states multilingual staff. (In fact it later became clear she did speak English). The 'living-room' is actually set out as a shop and did not feel welcoming - I was not invited to use it anyway. The only restaurant in Salives was unable...

"We did not use the parking lot. However the staff was very friendly and helpful. They suggested places to visit and we really enjoyed their suggestions. The room was clean. Simple decor. Very confortable. We were walking distance to the historic centre. We had a great stay. "
