「The property was great! Very convenient, and the layout of the house was awesome! The lily pad for the lake was perfect for the adults and kids! It was a great time for everyone!」

「The property was fantastic. On the great side of the lake. Lots of things to do (paddle boards, kayaks, rope swing, fishing off the dock) and we never left the house except to rent pontoon boat and jet skis. Ran jug lines right in front of the dock area so we could watch. The house worked out great for our family group of 9. Lots of outside furniture. Grill and Blackstone griddle made cooking easy!! Tracy, owner, was fantastic to work with. Just a great place to rent. 」

「First we get there horrible service on phone wifi they gave us was wrong so I updated to them the right one. We get it the pool it has a strong chemical smell once my kids get out the have the worst rashes ever due to bacteria in the pool. I tell them they ask my if need them to come check it out and they never did. My babies were in pain with the rashes. There were lots of ants also in the kids room so they had to sleep somewhere else host kept ignoring me 」

「We visit Cape Royale yearly to meet other families that we’ve been friends with for 35 years. This house was the perfect location and setup for us and our 3 adult children. So much room and everything we needed. Hopefully this house will be available for next years trip - we’ll be back. 」
